Medical Gases Cylinder Manifold & Plant Room

(a) Manifold System {Oxygen / N O} 2
Size available of cylinders bank: Right and Left 2+2, 4+4, 6+6, 8+8, 10+10, 12+12, 16+16, 20+20 or more.
Manifold are extendable type with choice of size of cylinder bank for bulk ‘D’ type jumbo cylinders, Manifold is suitable to withstand a working pressure of 140 Kg/cm2. Manifold have high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with one end having Brass adapter suitable for cylinders. Manifold also have brass non-return valves for individual cylinders.

(b) Semi- Automatic Control Panel with alarmfor O2 / N2O

(b) Fully- Automatic Change over Control Panel with alarmfor O2 / N2O

Emergency Systems are available in Single Cylinder, Three Cylinders, Five Cylinders or more configurations.

Duplex Vacuum Supply System consists of the following:
Twin Vacuum Pump of IR make available in :
V235, V244, V255, 7V, 15V models.
Electrical Motor 3 Phase (Crompton Greaves/Kirloskar/Siemens make).
Starter(L&T/Simens make), Vacuum filter, NRV, Vacuum receiver tank, Pressure gauge, Fittings, interconnecting piping extra.

Available in Tank mounted models & base frame mounted models (as per customer’s choice) Single or Duplex System
Compressed Air Supply System consists of the following:
Oil free non-lubricated air compressors are from Kirloskar (KG Khosla) make.
Available in ECT-17.5, 2ECT-30, 2ECT-35, TC-50, TC-100 models.
Electrical Motor 3 Phase (Crompton Greaves/Kirloskar/Siemens make).
Starter(L&T/Simens make), Air receiver tank, Heatless Air Dryer, Pre-filter, Post-filter, Pressure regulator, Special filter, Air pressure gauge, Bye-pass line, NRV, Fittings, interconnecting piping extra.
